GIVEAWAY TERMS
Giveaway period & prize
- This giveaway is open to participants worldwide.
- The giveaway is open until December 23, 2025.
- The winner will be notified via email on December 29, 2025.
- There will be 1 winner, who will receive the “2-week website” service as the prize.
- The project start date will be coordinated with the winner, with the earliest possible start on January 12, 2026.
What the prize includes
- The website will be created and designed exclusively on Shopify.
- The design will be created exclusively using our in-house template. This is not a custom project, so the design, sections, and functionality will be based on our template.
- The project includes the website design according to the standard scope of the “2-week website” service (see the service page for full details).
- No changes or substitutions to pre-defined deliverables are allowed.
- If the winner does not submit all required text and images before the project start date, placeholder content will be used. The winner will be responsible for replacing it later. A tutorial video will be provided to assist with this process.
Not included
- Does not include Shopify subscription fees, domain purchase, business email, or payment gateway fees (all costs are the full responsibility of the winner).
- Does not include additional features, external apps, new functionalities, or any scope beyond the original service.
- Does not include additional pages. If the winner wants extra pages, they can be added starting at $150 USD per page (depending on complexity).
- The winner must provide all necessary legal texts (Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, etc.) in complete and accurate form. The designer assumes no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or legal validity.
- The winner is also responsible for any costs associated with licenses (font licenses or images to name a few) used in the project.
